Responsibilities

  • Support and lead ongoing security assessments, remediation activities and Identity Management server and application health
  • Research, innovate and where possible automate approaches for system administration
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal stakeholders
  • Capacity plan, determine future needs and investigate new products and features to support new growth, acquisitions and divestitures
  • Provide world-class support and reinforce customer confidence
  • Partner with other System Administrators to effectively manage customer issues and escalations, as well as customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work on call support rotation for 24/7 and 365 days a year (business hours + On Call Support)

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience with a variety of Identity Management solutions and processes, IDaaS
  • Expert knowledge of multi-factor authentication, PKI, SAML, OAuth, SSO technologies and Active Directory
  • Working knowledge of Linux authentication including PAM and SSH authentication
  • US Citizenship required due the the FedRAMP regulations.
  • Prior experience with FedRAMP or FISMA controls desired
