The ServiceNow Business Analyst translates business needs into clear ServiceNow requirements, supports ITSM process improvements, and partners with stakeholders to deliver high‑quality platform enhancements. The role focuses on gathering and documenting requirements, supporting Agile delivery, and leading testing activities within a complex enterprise environment grounded in ITIL practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Capture and document requirements as user stories with clear acceptance criteria, workflows, and supporting materials.
  • Collaborate with business, IT, and architecture teams to align requirements and support solution design and story grooming.
  • Lead and support testing activities including unit testing, UAT coordination, and validation of ServiceNow releases.
  • Support platform improvements through data analysis, training, and creation of knowledge and process documentation.
