Our client, a fortune 500 firm in the retail industry, is looking for a Senior Director to join the team. In this role, you will be defining its security strategy, governing risk, and ensuring resilient, compliant operations across B2B and B2C environments. This role serves as the top security authority, partnering across the business to embed security‑by‑design and lead defense, compliance, and incident response functions.

Main Functions:

• Set and execute a multi‑year cybersecurity and risk strategy, overseeing enterprise risk, vendor risk, regulatory compliance, and PCI obligations.
• Lead security operations, threat detection, incident response, and secure development practices while driving initiatives with urgency and accountability.
• Partner with Technology, Legal/Privacy, Product, and commercial teams to ensure security requirements support innovation, customer expectations, and business growth.
