Our client is hiring an OCM Lead to drive strategic communications for a large-scale S/4 HANA enterprise transformation program. You will be responsible for shaping a clear transformation narrative, aligning leaders and employees, and enabling adoption of new systems and ways of working across the organization. The position partners closely with OCM, leadership, and corporate teams to deliver impactful, enterprise-wide communication strategies.

Key Duties

  • Lead and execute the end-to-end communications and engagement strategy for a complex transformation program
  • Develop clear, compelling messaging and content to support leaders and drive employee adoption
  • Manage communication plans, timelines, channels, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders and vendors
  • Advise executives and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, consistency, and measurable impact of communications
