Senior Incident Response Manager




One of our financial industry clients is looking for a Sr. Incident Response Manager who will focus on critical emergency response and communication. Responsibilities will include:

  • coordinating all aspects of crisis response through to crisis resolution through leadership of investigations
  • liase with senior leaders, stakeholders and special operation centers to provide insights on incident/crisis trends
  • assist in the development of CIBC crisis management capability, including playbooks designs

Additional Details

  • hybrid 2 days per week
  • background in risk management and/or business continuity
  • must have 10 years of experience
  • must be in the GTA
